Thanks michael , its nice to see. I am wondering still so much manual work is involved for each disk. How millions of disks are manufactured in such a small time since only one employee checks hard disks.
This video has covered hardware part of manufacturing. Are there other videos to show how servo writers work and servo tracks are written ? How rom and PCB works . I have collection of seagate factory tour , but complexity of hard disk is in flying height , head alignment , microscope videos which shows this ultra precision gap etc.
