Hiring Micro-Solder / Flash Data Recovery Technician

Location: San Francisco Bay Area

The flash team recovers data from iPhones, Androids, iPads, SSDs, and all-flash devices. We are seeking an organized technician with micro-soldering, solid-state, and computer repair experience that is excited to learn the art of data recovery.

Education
Associate/Bachelor Degree or equivalent work experience

Required Skills and Experience

2–4 years of micro soldering, solid-state, and computer repair experience
Ability to diagnose, assess and repair microelectronics
Understand how to interpret schematics
Experience with soldering and rework station tools
Knowledge of logic board failures
Must have passion for staying ahead of current and future technologies
Excellent interpersonal, organizational, and communication skills
Great customer service skills are required as you will need to work with customers over the phone for some projects
Strong attention to detail
Work independently as well as part of a team
Prioritize and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment

You want everything above for nothing? You should offer some very good pay or at-least equivalent to work. Deadlines in DR work is like punishment; surely if I got all these experience will never do a job.

It may be different in your world, but salary tends to depend on what the applicant brings to the table. Everyone reading the OP understands that it is a paid position and that salary can be negotiated during the interview process.
